Welcome to The Phoenix Group (TPG). The marketing and distribution division of The Phoenix Group currently consists of Val-U-Flavours, Val-U-Chem and Val-U-Warehousing, with TPG eyeing several acquisitions in this sector in the rest of South Africa, to ensure a national presence. 

Our mission is to be a growth oriented, competitive enterprise, continually striving to attain excellence in everything that we do.  We seek to satisfy our stakeholders through excellent customer service and cutting-edge technological know-how within the parameters of sound business practice.

This mission is integrated into the group’s quarterly and annual planning through a series of facilitated strategic planning and visioning sessions and evaluations.  These evaluations serve to provide a constant alignment mechanism for the group to ensure that identified mission objectives are planned, scheduled and met.  Where applicable the mission is reengineered to ensure a seamless match with organisational and environmental changes and pressures.  

The following values, teamwork, integrity and accountability act as guiding principles for all the team members. A high degree of interdependence is expected from staff and the company values operate as a template for all decisions and choices. These values are not passive; quarterly strategic review sessions are used to revisit organisational values and configure or align the team, organisation or value set accordingly.

The group's strategic intent is to list on the Alt X Board of the Johannesburg Securities Exchange, within the very near future.
