The Phoenix Group is committed to BEE initiatives and has appointed a senior team to drive the BEE project and processes within the Group. Val-U-Flavours, one of the divisions of The Phoenix Group, has appointed Empowerdex as its BEE auditors.

The entire project, including the verification process, was completed in December 2006.
